Is Agile the Next Big Thing or Just the Latest Fad?

Join Daryl Kulak of Pillar Technology for an orientation to the world of Agile software development. If Agile were a marketing campaign, it would certainly be a winner. But does it really work? Daryl will provide a side-by-side comparison between the techniques we use in traditional lifecycles and techniques from Agile. We will discuss questions like, “When is Agile appropriate to use,” “What are the weaknesses of the Agile approach,” and “Where does someone get started with gaining Agle knowledge?”

Agenda is as follows:

5:30pm- Networking Session
6:30pm- Presentation
7:30pm- Q/A & Door Prizes
8pm- Close

Appetizers/Refreshments will be served. Cash bar available.

Cost is FREE for members and $20 for non-AITP members
